This Privacy Statement describes the types of personal information collected, used and disclosed by ANSA Global Pte Ltd., (“Company”, “us,” “we” or “our”) when you access or use the ANSA Global.io websites or mobile applications (collectively, the “Sites”).  We also provide advertising services and other services to many other online publishers. You can click [here] for information on the data that we collect for advertising purposes when you visit one of our affiliated publisher’s websites.  This Privacy Statement does not govern our collection of personal information through any means other than through the Sites.

  2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
    1. Information You Give Us.
      1. Communications and contact info.  When you communicate with us via form, email, phone, comment, or otherwise, we store a copy of our communications (including any call recordings as permitted by applicable law).  If you voluntarily provide your contact information, such as your name or email address, we store that information.
      2. Job applicant information: If you apply for a job with us, in addition to your name, and contact information, you might provide your resume or CV, professional or personal references, similar professional and employment-related data, and work authorization verification as part of the application process. We may also collect additional information about you during the process, like background and credit checks (in applicable jurisdictions and only for certain job roles). You may also provide us with demographic information when required by law or to support our diverse workplace initiatives, such as your gender, racial or ethnic origin, veteran status, and disability status if you voluntarily submit such information as part of your application. We collect demographic information in accordance with applicable law, and do not request demographic information in jurisdictions where it may be prohibited. We will only use this sensitive information to accommodate a disability or illness, comply with legal obligations, protect the health and safety of our employees, and facilitate our internal programs relating to anti-discrimination.
      3. User Credentials.  Depending on what features of the Site you use, you may be asked to create a username, password and/or similar account credentials.
    2. Automated Information Collection.
      1. Log Information. Like most online service providers, we collect information that web browsers, mobile devices, and servers typically make available, including the browser type, IP address, unique device identifiers, language preference, referring site, the date and time of access, operating system, and mobile network information.
      2. Usage information: We collect information about your usage of our Site(s). For example, we collect information such as page views, Site searches, and interactions with the Site content, along with information about your device (e.g., screen size, name of cellular network, and mobile device manufacturer). We use this information to, for example, to get insights on how people use our Site so we can make the Site better, and understand and make predictions about Site usage.
      3. Location information: We may determine the approximate location of your device from your IP address. We collect and use this information to, for example, calculate how many people visit our Sites from certain geographic regions.

  3. THIRD PARTY ANALYTICS
    We work with third party business partners such as analytics providers and other partners to provide us with information regarding the use of our Sites and the effectiveness of our marketing efforts. We allow these companies to place tracking technologies like cookies and web tags on the Site(s), and they may otherwise collect or have access to the information described above. Some of these parties may collect the information described above directly when you visit the Site or other online websites and services.

    1. Subsidiaries and Affiliates. We may share personal information with our subsidiaries and affiliates for the purposes for which you provided the information or as reasonably necessary for our internal administrative and business purposes.
    2. Service Providers and Vendors. We work with third parties that provide services on our behalf. Such services may include online ad platforms and vendors, website hosting.  We also work with vendors for services related to our operation of the Sites, such as marketing, and website usage analytics. We may share personal information and non-personal information with these third parties for the purpose of enabling them to provide these services.  Please note this Privacy Statement only covers the usage of information by ANSA Global and does not cover the usage of information by any third-party advertisers or analytics providers.
    3. Consent. We may share personal information in accordance with any consent you provide. For example, if you provide us content for insider video chat footage, you consent to our posting and distribution of such content through the Site.
    4. Required by Law. We may disclose personal information or any information collected through the Sites if we are required to do so by law or pursuant to legal process, in response to a request from government officials or law enforcement authorities, or as necessary or appropriate in connection with an investigation of illegal activity.
    5. Certain Transactions. We may disclose or transfer personal information or any information collected through the Sites to third parties who acquire all or a portion of our business, whether such acquisition is by way of merger, consolidation, or purchase of all or a portion of our assets, or in connection with any bankruptcy or reorganization proceeding brought by or against us.

    We may compile personal information and other information collected through the Sites on an aggregate basis. This information may include, without limitation, the number of users who have registered for a Site, demographic information about users of the Site, and individual purchase preferences. Such aggregate information does not identify you individually. We may use aggregate information and share aggregate information with third parties for any of the purposes specified in this Privacy Statement, and for any other lawful purpose.

    1. Information You Provide. You can always choose whether or not to provide information on the Sites. However, if you choose not to disclose certain information, you may not be able to establish an account on a Site, which may limit your access to certain functions of the Site.

    3. Do Not Track. Our Site does not honor “do not track” signals.  However, as described in more detail in Section 2.iv. above of this Privacy Statement, you can configure your browser not to accept cookies or to notify you when a cookie is being sent.

Right to Opt Out.  You may have the right to opt out of the sharing of your information with advertising, marketing or analytics vendors.  To opt out , you can  click the “Do Not Sell Or Share My Personal Information” link in the footer of our websites, or from the settings page within our apps. Note that in some instances this link will only display to individuals visiting our sites from within the relevant state
    5. Global Privacy Control. We also respect the GPC browser signal and will treat it as a valid means of communicating your desire to opt out.
  9. INFORMATION STORAGE AND SECURITY
    1. We employ reasonable security precautions to help protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of personal information provided on or through the Sites. However, no method of transmitting or storing data is completely secure. As a result, although we strive to protect personal information about you, we cannot guarantee the security of any information you transmit to us through or in connection with the Sites.     1. Children are not eligible to use the Sites, and minors (children under the age of 18) may not submit any personal information to us. If you are a minor, you can use the Sites only in conjunction with your parents or guardians.

    1. The Sites may contain links to various websites and ad platforms that we do not control. When you click on one of these links, you will no longer be transacting business through that Site. Third party websites maintain their own privacy policies, and we do not exercise any control over any of the third-party websites that may be linked to the Sites. If you visit a website that is linked to any Site, you should consult that website’s privacy policy before providing any personal information. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the privacy practices of such other website, and we are not liable for their misuse of personal information about you.
  12. SPECIAL ADMONITIONS FOR INTERNATIONAL USE

The Site is controlled and operated by us from the United States of America, and is not intended to subject us to the laws or jurisdiction of any state, country or territory other than that of the United States of America. We do not represent or warrant that the Sites, or any part of the Sites, are appropriate or available for use in any particular jurisdiction. Those who choose to access our Sites do so on their own initiative and at their own risk, and are responsible for complying with all local laws, rules and regulations. We may limit any Site’s availability, in whole or in part, to any person, geographic area or jurisdiction we choose, at any time and in our sole discretion.
